Most e-rickshaws are put together from parts bought in the market. Ours start as raw steel in our own factory at Dignagar Bazar, Nadia.
Welding the frame
The chassis is cut and welded in-house. Doing it ourselves means we control every joint that will later carry passengers and goods.
Paint
Each body is painted in our factory. This is why we can give a 2-year paint and colour warranty.
Assembly
Wiring, motor, controller, seats, roof and lights are fitted on the line, one step after another.
Final checks
Every vehicle is checked before it leaves. Then it is ready for delivery anywhere in India.
